About the manufacturer: The Mountain as a company grew from dress roots when two lifelong friends moved from new jersey to new hampshire and began creating belts and buckles to sell. The most popular product was a buckle of a mountain on the back that became the company’s calling card. When The Mountain incorporated and introduced its first t-shirt back in the early 90s. On that epic moment in history we made a very important decision to put the environment first by choosing water based inks and organic reactive dyes as the foundation of our production process. Since then, expanded and evolved into something that makes us pretty unique in our industry; and we are pretty proud of that.

Loving this shirt! I have many T-shirts from this brand and love the uniqueness. This Ganesh is beautiful. It’s prettier in person. The pink is a nice colorful variety of light pinks without looking pale or “baby” pink.

Volunteer at a place where oversized tees and leggings are one of the only comfy summer choices. I pair this with yellow or cream leggings and it’s awesome.Not too vinyly (doesn’t feel like a raincoat) and is holding up in the wash. I’ve had trouble with some The Mountain shirts not lasting, but as I own at least 1 dozen I’m clearly willing to deal with the bad to get the good.

The material is thick, the design Ganesh is nice, but the cut is HUGE for a small, and it is boxy. Did not lie in a flattering way on my petite frame. Gave it away.

Reminds me of t-shirts from the 80’s…the stencil/screen print is very dense…maybe after 100 washings it will soften up. But, I find it is my least favorite shirt in the drawer–only wear it when it’s the only clean one 🙂
