About the manufacturer: The Mountain as a company grew from dress roots when two lifelong friends moved from new jersey to new hampshire and began creating belts and buckles to sell. The most popular product was a buckle of a mountain on the back that became the company’s calling card. When The Mountain incorporated and introduced its first t-shirt back in the early 90s. On that epic moment in history we made a very important decision to put the environment first by choosing water based inks and organic reactive dyes as the foundation of our production process. Since then, expanded and evolved into something that makes us pretty unique in our industry; and we are pretty proud of that.

I bought an extra large men’s which are usually the perfect size. This is a little more form fitting than loose. Still I get compliments on it.

I ordered this to be sent as a gift to the significant other of a friend who lives in another state. It arrived quickly and fit her. I loved the White Rabbit design on the front of this tee-shirt, and so did the recipient and her partner. Like the other tee-shirts from The Mountain which I had sent to them, this one is made of a good quality cotton material.

Have purchased perhaps 50 or more mountain shirts over the last 8 years…they’ve sorta become one of the particulars of my wardrobe I’m recognized for…my teenage son loves wearing them as well…unfortunately, even though my weight has never fluctuated more than 3 lbs over or under in all that time, what I’ve become accustomed to for the shirt’s length down covering my pockets and not hiking up in the back has become a memory…gotta be greedy & save a half a cent huh Mountain? Or more likely, now making the 2x the length of the 1x so’s to make the customer think they’re just gaining weight and will pay the extra markup for the 2x…if you’re familiar w/ the Mountain, compare one of your older shirts you bought less than 2 years ago to the new length (at least of the old 1x to the current 1x)…pathetic and disappointing, but I’m a man of principle, and will not feed corporate greed anymore, bc I’ve got a family to feed that doesn’t feast on filet and lobster….
